Matthew C. Funk is one of those authors who seems able to pull off just about anything: he’s a writer of novels, short stories and screenplays. He writes beautifully descriptive prose, and loves exploring the darker side of human nature. I’ve read the interviews that he did elsewhere, and have wanted to snag a few words with him for Flashes in the Dark for a while. So here he is:
